    Has anyone experience the following when doing a freight update to import the freight and shipping handling charges?

    - What steps have you done when this occurs

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    SOP10107 is a tracking number table.
    Please check what is the type of Sales Document you are trying to import? It is not supplied.

    Christine,

    I would look at the integration in Worldship.  It probably got updated.  Be sure the integration maps/populates the SOPTYPE column.
