    Hello,
I am trying to un- assign some sites to our items so I can permanently delete them.  I have a handful items that I can not do this to because I get an error stating you cannot un assign a site when items are associated with it.  All of these items have zero on hand but I did noticed that the ones I cant fix are ones that have quantities in the Item Inquiry screen for either returned or damaged.  I have attached a screen shot.  I also realized that these items have those quantities in there because they were either adjusted in to begin with or returned into that location to begin with instead of being received.  Is there a way to delete these quantities so I can finish un assigning the sites?
    Thank you,

I'm not an inventory expert, but it looks like you will need to transfer them from damaged/returned to on-hand before you can write them off and clear your site.  I found this thread that seems to do what you are looking to do:
