About a month ago we upgraded our GP server from 2012 to 2019. Ever since then, when we try to export smartlists to excel we get the red bar across the top saying to we need to sign in to office. (I am not sure why we didn't have any issues with server 2012)
GP sits on the terminal server and the app is published to our desktop. We do have individual office licenses on our desktop but I guess we do not have licenses on the terminal server.
I have heard mixed things on how to get this to work. I have read that if we have a licenses we should just be able to sing in with our own email and pw but I have also read that we need to buy a volume license or a special license for the terminal server since there are multiple people using it.
I figured I would come here to see how everyone else is set up that uses GP.
