Hi @Katie Pieczynski ,
You might want to check the RM Key table: select * from RM00401 where DOCNUMBR = 'yourdocnumber' and RMDTYPAL = '7'
For a Credit-type document Credit Memos = '7'
Other tables: RM10101, RM10201, RM10301, RM20101

Subject: Lost Credit Memo GP Crash
Hello,
I was in the middle of entering a credit memo in receivables and I did NOT have it assigned to a batch as it was a single transaction. I hit the email button to email it and then GP stopped working and closed on me. Now I can't find the CM. It is not showing up on the customers account or in the GL. It is not showing up in any batches and I also ran scripts to delete any stuck users/activity on the SY tables and in the temp tables but no rows were affected. If I create a new credit memo and type in the number I was using before, its say "You cannot edit this transaction as it is being edited by another user" Any other suggestions?
Thank you,
