    If we put a customer on hold before an order is placed, we get a notification of the hold if a new order is entered. But if an order is already in GP and then the customer is put on hold, there is no further notification such as re-opening the order. Does anyone know how we can get customer hold notifications in cases like this? We are using the "Hold" checkbox on the customer maintenance screen to put the customer on hold.

    It would take about 5 minutes work to get the Customer Hold checked whenever an existing document is displayed and pop up a dialog using GP Power Tools Developer Tools module.
