Good morning,

Our CFO would like a 2022 AP Vendor list with the total amount paid to each vendor.  Is there a way to run a report with Vendor ID, Vendor Name and Total (amount paid YTD to each vendor)?

Hi Patty, I am not familiar with any canned report prese, but it should be easy to do in Smart List. If you go to  Purchasing>Payables Transactions and use the canned report of *. Under the columns section, you can add Amount Billed LYR. Once you add that, dump it into excel and use the remove duplicate function and eliminate the extra columns.

Hi Patty.  A Vendor Check Register in Reports/Purchasing/Check Information should provide the data.  Each payment would be listed so you would need to sum by vendor.  I hope this is helpful.
