Hello,I am trying to create consolidating financials, and one of the companies that needs to be included was very recently integrated into our version of Great Plains. However, I when I add this company to existing consolidated reports, only 0's generate. I noticed the Segment ID's are not the same, but I am not sure if this is the issue or how to change them. The company I am running the consolidated reports has"Company/Account/Account Category" and the company I need to include is "Segment1/Segment2/Account Category". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
You must make sure that all companies that you want to include in your consolidated report have the same segment names, to do so you must go in each company and make the change in Administration >> Setup >> Company >> Account Format
