I am having problems getting the workflow messaging to work consistently. The odd things is that it works intermittently, and without making any changes, it suddenly starts/stops working. Mostly it does not work.We are using GP 2016 and MS Exchange 2013 (onsite server).
Does anyone know how I can trouble shoot the behind the scenes message delivery? I'm pretty certain it is not a Workflow setup issue, because when it works, everyone gets the correct emails. Below are the steps I've taken to troubleshoot this issue:
