Project Acct / eConnect

Looking for a reference or contact information for somebody that can provide some paid support on Project Accounting and ideally if they also know eConnect.
With staff turnover and being 10 years since we set up a new company - running into what appears to be configuration issues within Project when importing data via eConnect.

    Hi @David Buzzell

I know Project Accounting and routinely write integrations via SmartConnect (A front-end for eConnect).  Projects, Budgets, all transactions.

I could help you if you have SmartConnect, I think there are others on here that could as well.

Raw eConnect is harder to maintain than using eConnect with a Front-End user interface like eOne's SmartConnect.

    Hi @David Buzzell,

Agree with @Jo deRuiter, unless you have a developer in-house that can write you some code to use raw eConnect processes, it's going to be much more effective to train your staff to use some tools like SmartConnect or Scribe. SC has a plugin for Excel, which allows you to drive the import process completely from within Excel without ever going to the SC console or GP, once the map is fully tested out.
I've been working several years with SmartConnect & PA in GP, and could probably help you out with your technical issues too.
    Good luck.
