Not able to Post Batch - Receivable

    Hi there,

    I am not able to post the receivable batch getting error below.
    Also I have no windows open to edit the transaction so not sure why this is still popping up?


    Please advise!

    Hi Sunaina,

    Please contact your GP System Admin who is currently using the "sa" login account and ask to close your batch currently open on his/her end.

    Hi @Sunaina Sharma

    Also, if 'sa' had the window open and GP got shut down unexpectedly the transaction could be listed in the SYS​00800 or SYS00801.

    I would run a script and look for an orphaned session in these tables.

    Thanks all, issue is now resolved i had to clear record from SYS​00800 .... all is good now. Thanks soo much for your feedback.
