One of our Credit Analyst reported that she puts credit notes in the customer note card. This customer card is also shared by our AR specialist and Sales Admin where they also put special account notes. Recently, she noticed that for one of our customer's notes kept disappearing. I found out from our support team that this note card only holds 32,000 characters. We copied and paste the entire note in MS word and did a count - This note card so far only reached about 15,000 characters no where exceeding capacity.While the credit notes are at the bottom of the card - Note that other departments are entering their notes at the top of the card. We are wondering if there is a line limitation (versus character limitation) that is causing the notes to delete as more newer notes are entered on top of the card. Or, perhaps there is a special character used that GP does not like.Lastly, does anyone have any suggestions on other areas where credit notes can be stored for customers?Any thoughts or ideas on this would be great!!
