Vacation and Holiday Pay type hours not on SUTA report

Hours for the following pay codes are not showing on the Period End SUTA report: vacation pay code set as vacation pay type and holiday pay code set as holiday pay type. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hi Wendi,

I would make sure there is a SUTA state and they are marked for SUTA under Cards | Payroll | Pay code.
Here is my blog on SUTA that tells you how to fix this too.

    Hi Wendi,

The report pulls the data from the UPR30300 table. It is looking at the SUTASTAT value, which might be blank. If that is the reason vacation is not being included, you will need to update the blanks to the correct values. The other possibility is the DAYSWRDK and WKSWRKD columns. They might be set to zero for vacation pay. These would also need to be updated to the appropriate values. The SUTA report uses those values for calculation of weeks worked.

Updating SQL tables can be dangerous. Please make backups and use someone who knows both GP and SQL - like your GP partner.

Thank you Mark and Terry.  We will have our partner check Mark's suggestions.  I did confirm the SUTA is marked on the Pay Codes as Terry directed.
