We have a customer who is getting errors in GP then it kicks her out. We are not sure why she is the only one who gets the errors but we think it has something to do with her computer not GP. She only gets it once in a while and we cannot replicate it. She can logout and back in and everything works fine, other users are working in the same company the same time and no one else gets the errors.

She gets the below errors first then she gets a "Form load failed: Out of memory." We checked her RAM and CPU and everything is fine.

    Has anyone seen this before?

    Hello Angie,
The first step I would take is to have another user try to access this same form to see if this is user specific.

    Good luck!

When you ask Dr Google about "glpBatchCleanup" this is the first page returned:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/896545/error-message-when-you-print-a-batch-edit-list-or-post-a-batch-in-gene

My guess is the XML cache problem is another problem affecting display or something like that.
Or it could be that your user does not have sufficient permissions,
try temporarily granting him POWERUSER status to see if that resolves the problem.
If it does, maybe he does not have posting permissions in security.

Is there anything different about this user?  Maybe remote access?  Maybe the only web client user?  Etc.

    Hi Angie

Even before reading the Microsoft Support article mentioned by Donny, this looked like a network connection issue to me.  The out of memory error can also be caused by a corrupted dictionary file. Can this be replicated? Does it happen for all workstations or just one? Does it happen for more than one user?

    Regards

    David

    Hello again :-) ,
I would like to elaborate on my answer a little.  I have had GP permission issues show as all sorts of things, including network connectivity type errors.  If it were me, I would see if any other users are having issues accessing this form.  If the users are having issues with only this form, it doesn't seem logical that the issue is network related - so I would look into this form more specifically.  If other issues are not experiencing problems with the form, I would have the user attempt to use the form from another PC.  If they can access from another PC, then I would look into anything specific to the "troubled" PC (network issues, GP installation differences, Dex.ini, Dynamics.set, etc.).  If the user has issues accessing the form from both PCs, then you probably have an issue with the form (permissions, data tables needed, etc.)
    Hope this helps!
    Jean
