    A client is having the highlighted field set to 0 instead of the Billed Quantity. I can't find where the setting is that determines that value. Thank you for your help.

    @Charles Allen

    Though I'm not CERTAIN, i think this is an inventory setting.  So, is freight Sales Inventory or Misc or a Service.

    Fulfilled is usually something that is physically shipped.

    I can test out my theory, but that's my theory

    Thank you. I can't find a setting in Inventory that would control that field in SOP. In my system, I set up the item the same way and it is defaulting to the quantity invoiced.

    The item is set up as a Misc Charge in both the client's and my system. The issue is the behavior is different in SOP for an Invoice. It should default to the quantity invoiced but it is not for the client.

    It's the SOP Document type, not sure if that would mess with their other processes
