Recently turned on pay stub viewing for employees.  However, it appears that the address aren't updated with the GP system.  Some employees have previous addresses showing on the web client report.  The address are correct when the advices are printed out of GP.

It appears that the web-client isn't pulling the correct information.  Does anyone know if there is a synchronization function that needs to be run?

The Web Client may be connecting to a GP Test instance instead of the GP Production instance and the databases are different.

The GP instance mapping is done in the Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Components Configuration Wizard. If the Web Client web server was initially installed for testing against a test GP instance then after testing is completed  the GP Web Components web server must be reconfigured to map to the production GP instance. Multiple GP instances could be installed on one SQL server but this is less common than using two servers each having DYNAMICS and the Company Databases.

I forwarded to IT.  They are wondering how to check it.  It looks like the users are setup and linked to the correct Database.  Is there something else to check?
