    Is it possible to made a direct shortcut to VBA Userform in Home page or wherever and give users access to it?​​

    Visual Studio Integration Toolkit (VSIT) previously known as Menus for Visual Studio Tools can do what you want.

    I also recommend moving away from VBA and using GP Power Tools

    That said GPPT does not have the ability to create a new window yet, but if you can add the fields to an existing window, it will work fine.
