The Dynamics GP Reconcile reports just don't dig deep enough into the data to figure out if there is an issue or not. That's where the Potentially Matched section of the report comes from. More often than not these are false positives and you end up down a rabbit hole.
We use The Closer from Reporting-Central. Their reports and analysis dig deeper and their use of error codes let us know where the underlying issue is, no "potentially matched" transactions with The Closer.
I know purchasing an add-on ISV is not always cost effective, but I believe the time savings have truly offset the cost of the application.

I am confused by the Potentially Matched Transactions I get when running Reconcile to GL for AR.
Here are both sides of the spreadsheet with two transactions that appear to match, but are still listed in Potentially Matched Transactions.
Why don't they appear in Matched Transactions or how to I get them to match?
