    If  i want to setup the number of copy by default i can do it, in any place on the document printing options. Change to always print 4 copies.

    @Juan Carlos Caballero, You should be able to setup your printer defaults, by selecting Microsoft Dynamics GP > Print Setup. Be sure that your printer name is in the selected box. Then select Properties. You should be able to select the number of copies that you want. Then click OK. Keep in mind, that whatever documents that you want to print, will print 4 times.

    @Juan Carlos Caballero

    You should look at the SOP Quick Print functionality which was part of Named Printers that I wrote for v3.1 and was purchased by GP for v5.0 and moved into core for v6.0.

    From Sales Transaction Entry or Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom windows, look at the Options menu and select Quick Print Setup.

    You can also use Named Printers to define the number of copies.

    With the Alternative that David suggest i will fix the scenario and also can handled for the different forms by user and defined printers.

    Good options for that kind of scenario.

    Thank you David.
