Payroll Tax report

I have a Payroll Director requesting a report to get all tax calculations totaled by Facility (MEM) by tax type to make deposits for the first two weeks without actually creating checks/posting payroll. I don't believe this is possible but wanted to double check :)

    User email:

"I am testing running a bi-weekly payroll. I found I had to update salaried employees pay codes to bi-weeklyI had to update the employee's individual deduction amounts to be doubled the current amount set up I created a Build to be a two week span and had bi-weekly Pay Periods, Day worked from 5 to 10, and Weeks worked from 1 to 2 I had batches with two week endings of entries for each test employee

All went pretty well, but the salary Federal taxing didn't match out to our online salary calculator.

In this scenario, we wouldn't be running a payroll to calculate out payroll taxes but we are on a weekly deposit schedule-so I am looking for your expertise

Do you know of any way we would be able to get all tax calculations totaled by Facility (company) by tax type (Fed, SS, Med, State, Local) to make deposits for the first of the two weeks without actually creating checks/posting payroll?   We would then need the second week deposit when we actually run the payroll to print/post. To add we would need it to encompass not just federal, but also State and City payroll taxes.  As we have many weekly depositors for them as well."

    Thank you

Is that a requirement?  Deposits usually only have to be made timely based on the date of the checks, not on the time periods that were worked.

How about running the Posting Edit List under Payroll>Transactions.   This can be run after calculating payroll but before printing checks.
