We are experiencing a 15-30 minute delay opening Dynamics after we have selected the company. The GP screen is all white and remains frozen for a period of time. This also happens when switching companies.
We have 4 instances of GP running in the same environment. Each instance is on a separate SQL Server and published to end users via 30 identical Citrix servers. This is only happening on one of the instances, the other 3 open normally.Having trouble finding the cause.Has anyone ever experienced this?
