Tammy, I just did a webinar on this very topic. https://www.bkd.com/webinar/2019/08/tracking-controlling-data-changes-dynamics-gp There is a downloadable tool from Microsoft called DetailPayrollActivityTracking. It is a series of triggers that are installed on payroll tables, the Direct Deposit tables, and the HR Benefit Enrollment tables. If you send me an e-mail at email@example.com I'll send the tool. You'll need a SQL Server admin to implement it for you. there's no default report but a SmartList can be created to view the data. Charles

Which tool are you referring to the DetailPayrollActivityTracking that Mr. Allen was referring to or is there a smartlist already in GP for me to utilize?
