You could consider using a third-party service that integrates with GP2015 and allows for electronic information and W2s to be delivered to employees. This way, employees would not have to be GP users to access their documents electronically.
Another idea is to provide an employee self-service portal where employees can access their
pay stubs and W2s online. This would also not require employees to be GP users, but it would still allow them to access their docs electronically. Ultimately, there are different ways to achieve a totally paperless documentaion issue and W2 process.

We recently upgraded to GP2015. We are interested in the feature to have e-paystubs, that employees could get, to eliminate the paper paystubs as well as paper W2s.
But this requires that every employee is a GP user. Not really feasible. Any add-on options to supply employees paperless paystubs and W2s?
