  • 1.  SOP Autoallocation not writing results to the table correctly

I have an instance where i had a part with a quantity of 2 on backorder and an SOP order with 2 on backorder.

When the SOP autoallocation ran it showed on the report that the part was associated with the order as expected and showed that the backorder went from 2 to 0 and the quantity allocated went from 0 to 2. All show as expected on the report for the part and the order.

When I look at the order and the part in GP it is showing a backorder of 0 and the allocated quantity as 0 (should have been 2).

In this case the Autoallocation reported a correct result but the actual sop10200 table was not updated correctly.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jeff,
Did you try to run a quick reconcile on that particular item number ? sometimes GP's allocation has some hiccups and the numbers don't update everywhere..
