  • 1.  Exporting Modified Reports

I'm preparing for my first upgrade of Dynamics GP from 2015 R2 to 2016 R2. Everything went okay until I got to update modified forms (we have none) and reports. Updating Dynamics GP goes okay, but then updating Human Resources and Smart Lists generate a lot of "table 'xxxxx' references a non-existant field" error messages. To resolve this I'd like to export the modified reports in 2015 R2 and then import them in 2016 R2. However, when I open Customization Maintenance I only see modified reports for Dynamics GP, and nothing listed for Human Resources or Smart Lists. Does this mean we don't really have any modified reports for Human Resources and Smart Lists? Or am I missing something?

If you don't see anything in Customization Maintenance for Human Resources and you only have one DYNAMICS.SET file among all workstations, then I'd say you don't have any modified reports. You don't normally have SmartList reports. It's technically possible but I haven't seen any. The same answer applies, though.
