    Any chance those employee's PTO or VAC time pay codes are inactive?

    Hi Tammy, yes this error message can be a tricky one.
    What I would do is take this employee that is erroring and compare to an employee that is similar that is not erroring if you can.
    Focus on the pay codes and the PAY TYPE of that pay code.
    Example I had a case where 1 employee worked, the other employee did not
    The one that did not have the wrong pay type on many of the pay codes
    The pay type is listed on the pay code window
    Here was my example
    Vacation is a pay type of 8
    Sick is a pay type of 9 in there system they had 12 for many of the employee paycodes and that caused the problem
    This employee had no pay type of 9

    On an employee that is erroring

    If you go to cards | payroll | pay code do they have a pay type pay code of SICK and or VACATION?

    do they have multiples or none of those types.
    This will be all listed in the UPR00400 table
    select EMPLOYID, payrcord, paytype, * from UPR00400
