    Recently when we run any canned system report our GP crashes and event viewer has the following error:

    Faulting application name: Dynamics.exe, version: 18.0.28.0, time stamp: 0x5f0f4d00

    Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.14393.4704, time stamp: 0x615bdede

    Exception code: 0xc0000374

    More about our environment:

    GP 2018 running on Windows Server 2016
    We use a remote desktop farm that consists of 4 remote desktops running Windows Server 2016
    Users launch GP through a remoteapp.
    GP crashes on any of the 4 RDSs and in any company.
    REPORT.DIC and FORMS.DIC are located on the SQL server.
    We have fully updated one of our remote desktops as a test. This results in the same issue.
    We have added Dynamics.exe to the Data Execution Prevention exceptions list.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    @Susan Ferrian

    Are you using Named Printers?  If so, if the printer drivers have been updated, it is possible that the binary data stored by named printers is no longer valid.

    If this is the case, I would recommend updating all your Printer IDs for the workstation/server.

    You can temporarily disabled Named Printers by using a semicolon ; character to comment out the ST_MachineID line in the Dex.ini.
