User is receiving the following error message when trying to run an integration:

Note: we are on GP version 2016

    Hi Peter,

Based on the error you got (referencing the 'Doc 1' section) - are you able to identify that record from your import file and proceed with manually creating it in GP while logged in as the same user? This 'testing' should help rule out a few possibilities.

    Additional questions:
    1. Has this integration been successfully used before? (If not, could be a mapping / settings issue)
    2. Are you able to replicate the issue while logged in as 'sa'? (if it works, then it could be a permission issue)

    Thank you Ryan.

I think this may be a security related issue becuase another user is able run the integration successfully. I am looking at the differences in the roles assigned to the 2 users.

    Peter,

Another way to approach the troubleshooting is to have the user try keying in the transaction using the GP interface.  You might be able to determine exactly what the user does not have permissions to or what data element is invalid.

    Good luck.
