When printing a sales batch entry for invoicing, we get "Error in equation '(C) Suppress Comment 1'". We have never received this message before, and not sure how to correct it. Has anyone had this happen?

    Hi Chase,

That error looks like a report (calculated field) error ... could you please check if you are currently using a modified report (edit list / posting journal)? If so, switch to the canned version of the report just to isolate the issue. If the error no longer appears - that would confirm it has something to do with the report?

    Error in equation
You may receive this error message if any calculated fields have been added or modified incorrectly. Look for missing operators (+, *), expressions that have no closing parentheses, or expressions that have the closing parentheses in the wrong position.

But this is not a report. It's just a list of invoices that are assigned to a batch. We are not able to print them out. We can print an edit list document. But that doesn't tell us where the error/s may be.

    Hi @Chase Landorf,

For the most part, everything that GP prints is considered a 'Report'.  Check to see if the invoice is modified, and then follow @Ryan Galang's advice.
