Yes, it's a fantastic platform, and we use it not only for some GP operations, but also for several tasks in D365 (CRM). Here are a couple of use cases:
1) We use it for our GP ACH and SafePay file transmissions - a GP user generates the file as normal in GP. When the Flow sees the file, it changes the name to one that's more easily indexed and audited, securely transmits it to the bank, and moves it from the local file location accessible to GP users to a more secure location.
2) A little more indirectly with GP - we receive a daily spreadsheet file from a provider. We use Power Automate (FKA Flow) to open the e-mail, extract the data from the spreadsheet into a local SQL database. We then use eConnect to subsequently read the SQL data and turn that into receivable and SOP transactions.
Some other applications we've entertained, but either have not had time, or have other pre-existing solutions:
1) Integration between D365 and GP
2) Monitoring e-mail for incoming payables invoices and pre-processing the files
3) Notification by text message or e-mail upon certain events (i.e. batch posted / checks printed, etc.)
4) Automated e-mailing new customer credit app documents or other recurring statements/reports.

Has anyone used workflows from Power Automate and incorporated them into Dynamics GP?
