Automate Accounts Payable

I am asking everyone of their feedback on the software for accounts payable.  We are seeing a lot of changes since Pandemic.  Everyone working from home and paperless invoices by email or retrieving from website.  What kind of software are you using for accounts payable and what are the benefits of having the software?  Thank you in advance!

Hi Judy, we use Nexus for AP invoices and Concur for staff expense reports.  Both work very well when you take the time to set them up based on your policies.  Totally paperless.  Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any specific questions.

    Have a good day!

We use CoreIntegrator for Accounts Payable which is easy to use and customizable.  It has been in production for over 6 years now.  We also use Concur for T&E.  You can contact me directly if you would like more information.

We also use concur for expenses, i believe they have an invoice payment product as well, but i've never used it, and not sure if you can leverage the setup from the expense side.

    Hi Judy,

We have been using MetaViewer for almost a year now and we love it.  We had our AP clerk retire and did not have to backfill the position.  We process around 2,000 invoices per month.

We also also use Certify for employee expenses.  MetaViewer does have that available but we had already implemented Certify a year earlier and it works well with our credit card bank.

We use DocLink for AP processing and have been very pleased.  We went with it because it's a workflow tool that can be used for multiple processes and with multiple systems.  We also use Concur for employee expense processing.
