Does anyone  know if it's possible to print financial group reports directly to a pdf file rather than having each one come up on the screen and then save it as a pdf?

    Thank you -

    Sandy,
Each one of those pdf are separate files. You can merge them after they print to pdf using Adobe acrobat DC or the tools in the Adobe's creative cloud.

Our It department has setup printer for us to select, Adobe PDF and Microsoft Print to PDF that we can choose when we print.

    Hi Sandy,
Consider Reporting Groups in GP like a batch printing of multiple reports.. The final output goes where the default output is set for each report in the group.. If some of the reports are defaulted out to the screen, then that's where they going to show up when printing the report group.

You have to open individually each of the report destination option of every report that's part of the group and make sure it either prints to "printer" or "file".

If you're luck enough and have Adobe Acrobat Writer installed on the system, then you may see an additional format in the "File" output format options, which would allow you to save as PDF directly. When using a PDF "Printer" queue, the system is going usually to prompt you for a file name to each report output.. not very practical, especially if your report group is large and contains multiple reports. GP unfortunately doesn't even suggest a default report name in the file output box..
