PM Checks Batch Status Stuck in "Check Printing"

One of our A/P staff had started her check printing process then she received a message that the "Mekorma product wasn't registered".  So, it put her batch in limbo (by that I mean "stuck"). It's not in Batch Recovery. It shows as "Check Printing" when we open the Post Payables Checks window to reprint the checks. We are on GP2016R2.

I did find out that there is a new build for MICR. Anyone using MICR you will want to check on that. I've installed it, which should stop this from happening again but now I have to get the batch unstuck. Technically, reset the batch so we can start the check printing process over again.

This is a job for SQL. I thought I had a SQL script for it but I'm unable to find it. Knowing how important this is I don't want to take the chance of missing a table and making it worse. Would someone be so kind as to provide the exact SQL script I would run to fix it?

    Thanks!!

    Hi Joni.

Review the link below on how to fix a stuck batch.  You'll need to perform step 4 in your case against the company database that has the issue.

Thanks for your response @Kristen Hosman.

Does this take care of the check that is stuck in WORK status? Also, I forgot to mention...the invoice is still in OPEN status.

    Thanks!!
