    There is a way to have history of item bin transfer entry?

    We want to know who did the item bin transfer entry and when.

    It is possible to track this information in GP?

    Yes there is. It is called Bin Transfer Inquiry. You go to Inquiry > Inventory > Bin Transfer. This inquiry does not tell you who did it , but shows you  the "to" and "from" by date.
