Logging into the Dynamics GP Community

    When I click on the Community link in CustomerSource, I get a page that is asking me to migrate to a new Community account.
    I cannot figure out how to get the token they ask for because every time I try to log into the communit with my MS account it sends me to this page.  Has anybody figured this out?

    Hi @Lou Spevack,

    Do you login into CustomerSource with a Microsoft account (aka LIVE.COM) or an O365 Work account ? I've never seen this before, as I'm always using my Live account.. Once passed the credentials step, you get prompted by this all the time, but I just skip that to go straight into CS.


    I've heard from others that it's not a good idea to mix up your credentials from Work with Customer Source.. I had this once in the past and it's a bad idea, since you never know how long you're going to keep this account. I've resolved the issue by using my own LIVE account many years back when I asked Microsoft to merge the identities of 2 accounts together in a single one, so to not lose all my past contributions in the Dynamics Community site, as I also had another account in MSDN.​

    Just above the page you posted there's a link for help.  It will open an email where you can contact support to get a token.  I just did it and was able to migrate to the new account.
