Hi @Nelly Manrique-Eells,
The short answer is - yes you can delete old addresses. Now for the longer answer.
1.) First make sure that address ID isn't assigned anywhere on the vendor card itself (i.e. default address ID, ship to, remit to, etc.). If an address is assigned on the vendor card and you try to delete it, you'll get an error message.
2.) If you're doing this for a LOT of vendors, consider creating a macro, SQL process/statement, or other automation to help expedite the clean up.
3.) Consider whether or not you want to take a back up of your database before you make the changes. It's a low risk change (it deletes it from the vendor master, but your detail tables still retain some information for historic transactions).
4.) Finally, when you're ready, go to Purchasing>>Cards>>Addresses. Enter the vendor ID and the address ID you wish to remove. Save your changes.
Does that make sense? If you have questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Samantha

Subject: Old Address
Good Morning,
In Account payables, some of our vendors have 2 old address plus the current. Mistakes can be made sometimes picking the address. It is possible to delete or hide the old address?
Thanks,
