Email Remittance Exception

I've been through the various setup windows and I don't see any issues. But the client is getting an exception report that says "the company is not set up to send" (it cuts off after the last word).

Does anybody know what is causing this message?

    Hi Charles,

I am going to email you about this, because we'd like to dig deeper, but I spoke to one of my consultants and he said to go to email settings and be sure Send Documents as Attachments is checked and PDF is checked. He's curious about the cut-off which was experienced, so please look out for further conversation on this topic.

    Thanks,

    Karen

I've had this issue too, Karen is right , check your email options in your vendor card and that the email address is checked for the person that needs to receive the notification. We  also had an issue where our vendor couldn't open the remittance notification and I had them use a different browser to view.
