John,
That login box is tricky. There is an email address and a "login" ID.
The login id needs to be domain\user i.e. contoso\rklaproth
And the email is obviously their email address in Office 365.
If their IT has synced AD with Office 365, there is a good chance the login ID is different then the email.
Also, be sure to check tools - setup - system - system and in the system setup make sure email is set to Exchange, not MAPI.
32 bit outlook is ONLY required if they want to email PDF files from GP, they need 32 bit outlook AND Adobe Acrobat writer (not reader).
Good luck!

Subject: E-mailing from GP2013 with Office 365 Not Working
Hello:
A GP2013 end user is unable to e-mail payables remittance from GP 2013, ever since they updated to 64-bit Office 365 last week.
Her login window appears, upon clicking "Process". But, the system no longer accepts the credentials that she enters.
I accessed SQL and updated the SY04920 to contain the new Outlook 365 URL (https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx) but to no effect.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Thank you!
John
