Recieveable list

    Hi there,

I am wondering about something.  I pull a smartlist with the AR which shows the 1-30, past 30, past 60 and past 90 days.
I looked a little closer earlier in March and noticed that January 31 did not end up in the right column.  I am wondering if in smartlist the columns for 30, 60, and 90...if it can be set up where I can choose the dates.
    Thanks

@Pat Plett what may help you is to include the document or due date in your Smartlist and use that as a search. Attached is an example of our "past due transactions" SmartList which you could do filtering on. One step further would be to create an Excel Refreshable or PBI dashboard to make monitoring these much easier.

@Jo deRuiter and others would be a great resource to work with if you aren't familiar with how to create some of those fun reports and dashboards.

You may also want to confirm how your aging buckets and periods are setup to make sure that it was is not a setup causing a date to fall into the wrong buckets.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @Pat Plett

Also, keep in mind when looking at aging in Receivables Management - that you need to run the "Aging Routine" to ensure that the documents are falling into the right buckets.

Running the aging routine should be a standard practice of your AR team.

Sales>Routines>   is where you will find this.

If you are seeing docs in the wrong bucket, this is likely the issue.
