Hi @Michael Beaupre,You're going to want to check their settings in the Project Accounting User Set up.1.) Navigate to Project>>Setup>>User.2.) Choose your User3.) Choose the "Timesheet" option.4.) Review the selection choices to ensure they are set to allow posting of batches.If they appear to have all the necessary security in the above windows, let me know. About 95% of the time the error you're describing can be resolved in the steps I've outlined based on what I've seen with clients.
