We are having issues where parts or main units that were allocated to the sales order would drop off when it is transferred to an invoice. Our sales order is coming through from another application/portal before it hits GP. It may be an integration issue but I need to pinpoint and investigate how this is occurring before I can connect with the developers. When a sales order have items allocated to it where can I find this in GP tables when I query the database? I'd like to see all of the line items that were allocated to the order. Does anyone know if they have experience this before and how it could have occurred?

    Hi @Helena Ky,
the fact that your SOP processing occurs from an external application might be already a sign that somethings isn't working as it should.. You can check the item allocation from the table IV00102 where all the inventory is tracked for each item, by location.
The field to look for is called ATYALLOC as it was probably mis-spelled when it was created, not starting with a Q like any other QTY fields (QTYINUSE QTYINSVC QTYRTRND QTYDMGED QTYONHND, etc..)..
Running an inventory reconcile on a specific item will correct the IV00102 based on all the current POP & SOP documents.
    Hope this helps.
