  • 1.  Emailing EFT Remits coming from wrong email

    Hello,
    We are having an issue with an employee emailing EFT remits.  When she does this in GP, they email out fine, but they do not come from her email.  They come from my email instead.  They show up in my sent box as well.  I have double checked our Purchasing email set up and it does show her email address in there but I thought it was user specific.  I had another employee do a test email and when she does it, the EFTs come from her so we know it is only one employee.

    We RDP in so GP is located on our main server and nothing there has changed.  The only thing that changed before this was that the employee with the issue got a new computer.  IT says it is a GP issue but nothing in GP has changed.  Any ideas?

    I'm thinking, perhaps, if you're using Outlook instead of Exchange, the profile she's using may be yours.
