I am curious about what support partners most companies are using? Is the vendor still providing services? And in what capacity did they use the vendor?

I'm not sure what your question is.

If it is asking which partners the users on here utilize, then I hope some of them Private Messaged some responses.

That said, your GP "Vendor" or Partner should be providing you regular updates on Microsoft and GP and responding to you if you are trying to get support.

In my experience as a partner, my clients have a variety of levels of support so the "capacity" can be intense, or it can be only every now and then... just depends on what clients need.

Best of luck and hopefully you got some responses privately.

    Hi Marcie,
There are different types of partners.. you get the very large partners that are across then entire country and have multiple offices in different locations, and then you have smaller ones, that are often just local to a given area.
Not saying one is better than the other, but with larger partners you tend to get often just the "sales" side of things, not so much for support.. but again this varies a lot. The best if you don't know if your current partner on file is good, average or bad, is to ask around other local GP customers in your area during a chapter meeting.
Satisfaction level isn't  necessarily measured by the number of tickets that are completed or not, but rather to know how each customer feels comfortable with their partner, and everyone's needs might be different. What works for one, may not work for others, it all depends on your own specific needs.
Probably not quite the answer you were looking for, but there is not a one-fits-all type of answer in this case..
    Have a nice week

Are you talking about third party add-ins? I highly recommend Jet Global with Power BI and Avalara (for sales taxes and tax in general).
