    Good morning. How do you hardcode an amount into an MR row so that it differs by column? I know there is a way but I can't figure it out! Thanks in advance.

    Hi Tracy,
    You can create a calculated column in the column format and out the amount in, then from your row format, you can access that column from the row format using the column filter

    Tracy,

    You may want to use a unit account (cards > financial > unit account).

    @Tracy Yaklyvich, MBA,

    Perhaps you are looking to replicate something like the Fixed Assets line in a standard Cash Flow? If that is the case you can create a Calculated row (CAL) and then just populate the formula with something like B=(123.45),D=987.65. You only have to reference columns that you wish to have the hard-coded amount in. And the nice thing is that these amounts can be used in any of the remaining formulas as you move down your row format.

    Hi Barbara, this will definitely come in handy for some other items we are struggling with.  Gerald helped me fix my immediate problem.  Thanks for all of the responses and the call Gerald!
