That document is based on the Word Template for Vendor Remittance and all you need to do is edit that Word Document.

Hello! I'd really like to say how grateful I am for this forum.

I was presented an interesting question by the Business Dept about the PDF remittance the end user receives via email. It's a one page document and towards the bottom of the page our GL Codes are included. Is there any way to leave that out and not include that info?

Hi Eddie,
Yes you could.. Depends if you're using the Word Templates (likely as you mentioned PDF), you need to edit the Word Template for remittance and remove that field at the bottom of your template. In order to edit Word Templates, you have to install the GP Word Template Add-in for Word on any workstation and then save it.
