Maybe a simple thing, but I do not see a way to COPY a MR2012 report library (just move, rename, delete).  I have a company that was merged with an acquisition and need the old owner to have access to all the historical reports, but also want the new owner to not only see his reports in one location, but also the pre aquisition reports without have 2 historical folders.  Did MR just leave the copy function out?

I can rename to Sept19 and prior, Historical and Current, but just don't want to.  I should be able to have one tree of histrorical and current then copy historical through Sept as another tree with security.

    HI Kevin,
I just want to confirm, the company that you merged to another company is still existent in your list of companies in GP? You want to retain the reports for the historical company?

If that is the case, you can create a new building block for the old company.

    1. In Management Reporter, Go to Company
    2. Building Block Groups
    3. Select the Building Block Group
    4. Click Export
    5. Select the Reports Definitions, Rows, Columns and Trees you want to export
    6. Click Export
7.It will ask you where to put it.
    8. You are back to Building Blocks Group Window
    9. Click New
    10. Put the Name of the New Building Block
    11. Click OK
12 Select the New Building Block
    13. Click Import
    14. Select the file
    15. Click oopen
    16. click Import
    17. Back to Management REporter
    18. Go to Company-->Companies
    19. Select the Company Name
    20. Click on Modify
    21. Towards the Middle of Screen, click the dropdown and select the new Building Block.

    you are done.

The reports structures are all the same and the company is a continuing company in GP.  However, I want the old owner to still have access to the reports through September then the new owner to have reports through September and keep adding folders for each new month since then as well as a current.  So really just want to create a pre acquisition folder and copy everything in the existing "historical" folder over.  Only change is in report viewer and the report library structure for historical reports.  Pretty sure I could do this with old FRx.
