Hello! The company I work for is using GP 2016 and I understand support will end this year. What does that mean for a small business like us? We have a Microsoft Enhancement Plan and we pay for support tickets as needed. It expires after support ends. Pardon my ignorance, I'm fairly new to GP. We might be staying with an in house solution i.e. terminal server. How soon should we upgrade? We will fall into the extended support category after July I'm assuming. Thanks!
Hello. Thank you for sharing that information Jo. We do not have a complex installation, we use Management Reporter, Integration Manager, MICR and Encore for Project Tracking. The business Dept also uses the 1099 app separately. I will share this info with the head of said department. Thanks again!
