Header address won't filter down when selected

    Our order entry person has noticed a sporadic issue withing GP.  We are currently on v2018 but she says this has happened within previous versions as well.

    She'll go into a SOP to change the shipping address at the Header level and then select the "scroll down/filter down" Yes button.  She has noticed that it will not always filter down.

    Has anyone else experience this (and if so, resolved it)?

    She says she has to review carefully because otherwise when the packing slip is printed, it will ship to the wrong address.

    We've not seen this with any of our customers, but to troubleshoot I'd say start by asking a ton of questions so you can eliminate variables:

    1. Does it happen for other GP users?
    2. Does it happen in other companies?
    3. Does it happen for only specific customers?
    4. Does she get any other messages/errors when it doesn't work?
    5. If she repeats the process immediately does it roll down?

    If I were going to test it, that's where I'd start.

    Thanks Windi, I've asked all the questions you've listed above each time she has complained about it -

    1. Does it happen for other GP users? --> no
    2. Does it happen in other companies? --> no we only have the one company
    3. Does it happen for only specific customers?  --> no
    4. Does she get any other messages/errors when it doesn't work? --> no
    5. If she repeats the process immediately does it roll down? --> yes *

    * I suspect she is not selecting the "yes" box in error.  She enters about 50 orders a day as our dedicated order entry person and she is usually the only one to go in and have to change the address.  No one else has ever complained.

    If you're on any kind of a remote/citrix environment, you could also look for a network latency.  I know when I'm doing rapid data entry, I get into a keying/tabbing routine and if my GP session doesn't keep up with me I can hit or not hit a button unexpectedly.
