Hello everyone,
We recently have had an issue with SO allocations (Started roughly a week ago). The issue is, when sales goes to remove allocation from an order the allocated quantity disappears and does not go back to our quantity available. In the SO Transaction entry window it shows that there is not an allocated quantity, but Item Allocation Inquiry says that the items are still allocated to the SO that the allocation was removed from.
When we check SQL, it looks as though the allocation has not been removed, even though the process was completed in GP how we would normally complete it. We are able to correct the issue in SQL, but it starts to become cumbersome if allocations need to be removed several times in a day/week.
Any thoughts on this? Has anyone ran into this issue before?
