PM Historical Aged Trial Balance takes Hours to run

Our PM Historical Aged Trial Balance (in detail) took over 7 hours to run yesterday.  The summary level report usually takes 5-6 hours.   We have over 5 million records in PM00400.  Any ideas on how to speed this report up?

    Hi @Gina Behee

What are the stats of your SQL Server?

One of the common problems is that SQL is not optimized or the Server its on is not optimized.

Let us know and we can be of more help

How do I find out what the stats of the SQL server are?  It sounds like that might be something I'll have to ask my IT department to find.

The Help -> About window can be helpful for some information, as it will show number of users, etc.  If added to some database statistics like configured memory, individual company database size, DYNAMICS database size, etc. they can give a pretty good overall picture.  Your DBA should be able to help you get all that information.  If you post it back here you're sure to get some suggestions.
