Hi, we are sending out EFT remittance advice emails, but the file name for the attachment comes out as path. Do you have any advice how to fix this?

We also have an issue with this. Our EFT payments are currently going to office managers, so they are all receiving the notice on their company email. We have been told that because the email is on the same system domain as GP, it will always show the path. Our path includes the server name, and the CIO does not like that to be exposed. We use Mekorma for our check printing, but neither they nor our GP partner had any suggestions.

If anyone finds a resolution to this, I'd love to hear it! We are currently on GP 2013, with plans to upgrade to GP 2018 by the end of the year. The server is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, and we use Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
